Short answers.
Where your ticket lives, how refunds work, and what it costs to run your nights here. Ticket holders first, operators below.
01 / TICKET HOLDERS
Where is my ticket?
It was emailed to you right after purchase from
Nocturn <hi@trynocturn.com>, with your QR code inside. Search your inbox for Nocturn. You can also see every ticket you hold at app.trynocturn.com/tickets.How do I log in to see my tickets?
Go to your tickets and enter the email address you bought with. We email you a sign-in link — no password to remember. This is separate from the operator dashboard; it's just your tickets, all in one place.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Checkout only needs your email and payment, and the ticket lands in your inbox. Signing in later with that same email is optional — it's just the easiest way to find everything again.
I can't find my ticket email
Check spam and promotions, and search for
hi@trynocturn.com. Still nothing? Sign in with the email you bought with — your tickets are all there regardless of what happened to the email. How do refunds work?
Each crew sets its own refund policy — the collective running the night is the seller of your ticket. Start with them; the event page you bought from is the fastest route. If a night is cancelled, the crew issues refunds and you'll hear by email.
The address says secret or TBA — when do I find out?
Some crews reveal the location closer to doors. When they do, it lands in your email and appears on your ticket page automatically. Nothing to refresh, nothing to chase.
What do I show at the door?
The QR code on your ticket — from the email or from your tickets. Screenshots work too, but the live page is safest if the crew re-issues anything.
What's the fee?
One service fee, shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises after. The ticket price itself is set by the crew.
Where do I find what's on?
Nights on Nocturn — everything on sale now, and the back catalogue.
02 / OPERATORS
What does Nocturn cost?
Free for operators — buyers pay the only fee. The math is public on the pricing page.
Where does the money go?
Into your own Stripe account. You're the merchant of record for your nights; Nocturn's cut is collected automatically per ticket. No holding your money, no payout requests.
How fast can we get set up?
One screen — crew name, city, handle — and you can be selling the same day. No sales call. Start free.
How does the door work?
QR scanning from any phone, built in. Your door staff sign in, scan, and the count updates live.
